Ethical Leadership

How is ethics related to leadership?

A key characteristic of leaders is their commitment to doing the right things. They demonstrate a high degree of integrity and live by a personal code of ethics, which sets them apart from others. In virtually every leadership course, integrity is a key issue for leaders to exemplify and practice. It may be argued that a leader today is measured by his personal integrity. The higher the integrity, the stronger the leader may be. It is important for leaders to understand how to integrate ethical behaviors into their leadership styles and practices. By so doing, the standard of excellence is driven higher for everyone in the organization.

What does the program look like?

Objective:

Leadership and effective management is just like riding a bike! However, if the bike isn’t steered or powered effectively, it’s not likely you’ll get very far. Learners explore this analogy and other leadership concepts during this course. New ideas from current political and business leaders are introduced and evaluated during this training experience. Class participants will analyze their own experience through virtual case studies where they have the opportunity to examine effective and ineffective leadership methods. impact Solutions has done the research to deliver concepts that are on the cutting edge of today’s leadership principles.
