Why is change management important?
Companies that do not adapt to change or use the change to their advantage inevitably lose market position and may even fail. What does the program look like?
This program is an intensive program that focuses on change in individuals and organizations. There are techniques and tools that include real life application in the class as well as sharing of real time situations facing participants.
Some of these tools include looking at the 8-steps to a successful change program including leveraging specific tools in each of the steps including management and employee buy-in, setting up and rewarding milestones, showcasing the end goal of the change and other leadership techniques.
This course is delivered in a 2-day, interactive training that has learners apply hands on techniques to their own situations. During the two days learners take case studies and their own situations to build and implement change plans to successful fruition.
