Our Methodology
We manage all phases of the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) lifecycle. At each phase we have tools and aids to assist us in creating a collaborative relationship with our clients that keep them informed on exactly what is happening.
Many of our clients engage us during the planning and analysis phases of a project and then allow us to continue into the design, development, and delivery stages where we breathe life into learning topics by taking learners beyond the words into actual hands-on interactions and simulations.
