Todd brings 15 years of professional experience to impact that builds on an interesting blend of practical application in consulting, project management as well as training and development. As a Management Consultant with Cairo-based Skopos Consulting he has spent time in change programs in organizations at a corporate as well as operational level. He has consulted in many companies throughout the Middle East and Africa including Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon.

Todd has two Masters Degrees from the University of Utah in Public Administration and Political Science. He used these degrees to focus on development principles and political systems in developing countries. He went on to teach international political systems at a local community college while he was working for Discover Financial Services, a Morgan Stanley Company at the time. Mr. Cummings focused his professional efforts in leadership development and understanding how systems worked inside of both large and small organizations.

Shortly after leaving Discover Financial, he started impact with Richard. The focus is training and development in organizations targeting proper analysis and evaluation of training programs for new employees, recurring development for existing employees, and effective transitioning and behaviors for new leaders in organizations. He has used many of the skills and tools he developed in his previous experiences as they built and grew impact.

Mr. Cummings currently resides with his wife and seven children in Utah where he travels back and forth between Egypt and other Gulf countries. Many of his organizational and training lessons are tested first in the walls of his own home where he gains much of his own personal learning and development.
