Richard Vass and Todd Cummings started impact in 2004 after working together in training and development in a Fortune 400 company. Each brought something unique to impact that would help it grow into what it is today.

They were concerned with the lack of collaboration and commitment to both internal and external customers during their own experiences in the training industry while both acting as vendor and client in many initiatives across the organization. In building impact Solutions, their goal is to create an organization that brings learning services that are focused on customizing learning to the needs of the customer, but also motivating individuals, teams and organization to greater commitment and results.

As the CEO of impact Solutions Corp., Todd brings 15 years of professional experience to impact that builds a unique blend of practical application in consulting, project management as well as training and development. As a Management Consultant with Cairo-based Skopos Consulting over the last few years, he has spent time in change programs in organizations at a corporate as well as operational level. He has consulted in many companies throughout the Middle East and Africa including Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon. Richard is a dynamic, experienced consultant and professional facilitator with over 17 years in the field of human development. As President of impact Solutions, Richard has forged a number of deep relationships with leaders in the field of professional learning services and has provided significant contributions to an impressive list of clients. His background in both national and local organizations as well as large and small companies, provides him the experience to create the right solutions for organizations. He currently serves as the President of the Utah ASTD chapter while keeping up with all of impact’s clients both in and out of Utah.
